Sometimes you might even get two if you get invited to a job interview. But if you think about it, that’s still a “first impression” kind of moment, but this time of your traits.
- Does this person correspond to what they wrote on their resume?
- Will they fit our organisational culture and align with our values?
- Do they have what it takes to solve the problems we need to solve?
That’s what happening all along.
