The first impression

You only get one chance to make a first impression.

When it comes to the employability world, your first impression is the last.

Sometimes you might even get two if you get invited to a job interview. But if you think about it, that’s still a “first impression” kind of moment, but this time of your traits.

  • Does this person correspond to what they wrote on their resume?
  • Will they fit our organisational culture and align with our values?
  • Do they have what it takes to solve the problems we need to solve?

That’s what happening all along.

And it is because you only get one chance that it matters to get things right, right from the start.

Talking about impressions…

I’ve launched a new website.

Have a look: www.careercalibratorcanvas.com

Some parts of this website better explain what I do and how I can be of help.

There are also some new working engagements to fit different situations and budgets.

I’ve added testimonials of people I’ve helped so you can hear it from others and make your conclusions.

If nothing from what you find in there is handy for you at this moment (or shortly) or you feel you are not getting any value of these emails, please feel free to unsubscribe. No hard feelings.

But…
